Order Withdrawal

Effective: 21 July 2026

1. Before pick-up

Submit a withdrawal request via Track & Support before the courier collects the parcel. Prepaid amounts are refunded within 5–7 business days once the desk confirms the stop.

2. After pick-up

Once a packet leaves the germination hub, cancellation follows the Packet Return Desk policy instead.
