Germination Data Charter

1. Why we collect data

BAHAMUT COMMERCE collects only the information needed to authenticate accounts, fulfil seed orders, send dispatch updates and answer germination desk queries.

2. Information categories

• Identity: name, email, phone number supplied at registration or checkout.
• Delivery: shipping address and pin code for courier routing.
• Transaction: order IDs, payment method type, amounts and timestamps.
• Support: messages submitted through Track & Support or contact forms.

3. How data is used

We use your data to process orders, prevent fraud, improve catalogue accuracy and respond to grievances. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers.

4. Retention

Order records are retained for statutory accounting periods. You may request correction of inaccurate profile fields by emailing bahamutcommerce@gmail.com.
